What I liked

My daughter was admitted as a day patient in October.

From entering the reception in the morning, being greeted by very helpful and courteous staff, to the excellent nursing care by all the nurses, staff and doctors in the Trauma department was second to none.

What could be improved

Nothing, we were very impressed.

Anything else?

Both myself and my husband were very impressed by the care and consideration given to our daughter when she was admitted into hospital.

All the staff from reception staff to doctors were wonderful.

The standard of care was excellent - we have used private health care before but this was as good (if not better in some areas)

A very refreshing change from what you hear about the NHS on the news.
