What could be improved
I have been visiting the hospital for my pre-natal appointments. The waiting times are horrid! Everytime I have been waiting for more than an hour to be seen. Today i waited for 1.5 hrs due to which I couldnt pick my daughter from nursery on time and was half an hour late.
