my mother is at the hospital at the moment.the staff will not let me see my own mother if i am early they are very rude i felt like i was a prison visiter i wasnt even allowed to give my mum a change of clothes or talk to her

What could be improved

just let me see my mum before visiting time it wouldnt take long

when i ring people in the background talk about me they called me ''that person''
