What I liked

Iwork with dementia and had a lady who fell and banged her head up badly.After going to north staffs in the night where they couldn't even put a dressing on properly i took her to the haywood to get xrayed and to check the wound.The nurse we saw had all the time in the world for my resident and was fantastic.This is a terrible illness which needs a lot of patients and understanding and all the staff had this.Keep it up guys i think you are doing a great job and the quality of care is greater than that at the north staffs where you feel like just another number.
