Worried about my elderly father not receiving enough fluids . Some staff are lovely but some have a cold attitude.
Doctors are difficult to track down and speak to. My dad is too poorly to speak for himself.

If you have concerns we would suggest that you speak to the ward manager in the first instance. If that does not resolve matters, ask to be put in contact with the matron for the area.
