Thank you to all the staff who were friendly, calm and really on the ball today when my partner had to be taken from the chest clinic to a&e. Both departments seemed to work fluidly together, act quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere was really calming and I felt like he was always in safe hands. The extra concern to check if I was ok too was welcome. Our original appointments with the chest clinic were perfectly on time as well. Really great job and a credit to the NHS.
