What I liked

When i finally got to the stage to see the doctor It was all really good and worth it. The doctor was fantastic as were the other doctors assessing my condition with him. Loved the staff part and trusted the diagnosis.

What could be improved

Everything before getting to the doctors itself could be improved. I've never seen someone more impatient than the recepcionist just interrupting people as soon as they start speaking giving them the forms and being as straight foward and rude as someone can be with any enquiries and questions asked. The emergency waiting room is also horrible, very noisy annoying automatic doors that just stress you out and make the whole waiting worst, also, its small, patients speaking too loud, confusion everywhere, you just wonder If they ever going to take care of you and take you out of that hell every second you are there waiting
