What I liked
Generally the people are very nice but they are always changing the dates of my appiontment - which is OK as I realise that things change. However, they will not answer the phone when I try to change the date etc. VERY, VERY, VERY POOR. I get to the point where I think "Why should I waste my time if they won't employ enough people to answer the phone". I am going to try one more time and then give up and then I get blamed for being a 'no show'. Not fair really!
