I went for a blood test. No problem

What could be improved

While waiting I saw 26 patients go in and not one used the hand cleaning facility.

I would suggest:-

-Place a bottle at the reception desk and instruct reception staff to ask people to use it.

-Put up big strong notice about need to use hand wash

-Place the two bottles at the entrance at a lower level. At present they are far too high to be used by anyone below 5ft 10.
