What I liked

I am 4 months pregnant with my first baby and the only positive thing I can say about St Mary is about the look of the delivery rooms.

What could be improved

The staff, even though is polite, does not seem to have a clue of patient history. There is poor communication between the different sites where they send you for your appointments. I could not have my nuchal translucency test done, because of a problem with the booking. Some of the staff is very inexperienced (my midwife was not able to take a blood test last time a was there). If I don't ask for any advice, like antenatal classes, they don't offer any and tend to rush me through.

My personal experience has been very negative so far, an added anxiety that one doesn't need when pregnant. I would not recommend it to any woman.
