"Some of my care plans don't work for me"

About: St Andrew's Healthcare Birmingham / Edgbaston

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Staff involve me loads in my care plans, however some of my care plans don't work for me. Staff tell me what is in them rather than me contributing to them. If you ask staff for things they don't give it to you and you don't get what you want anyway.
