"Wanting to confirm that my sister ..."

What could be improved

Wanting to confirm that my sister is in the hospital, and then to visit her, I looked for visiting times on this web site...... could not find any information.

I then telephoned the hospital to ask someone, but the automated system sent me round in circles and didn't connect me to the correct section. I tried again,this time to speak to someone but no one picked up the 'phone. I gave up after ten minutes!!!. Now I must drive the 40 mile round trip, and hope we get to see her!
