The blood test dept was efficient

What could be improved

I went to see a doctor about high blood pressure.

At 2.15.

I was kept waiting for 1 hour 20 minutes.

I had a 10 minute consultation .

Then sent to Radiology and Cardiology for tests.

It was now 3.45, although there were no other patients the nurse would not do the tests.

No reason given.

Back in two weeks when i get a new appointment.

Also i asked if the appointments could be linked.

I was informed the computer system for appointments does not link between Radiology and Cardiology.


Nice hospital a shame the staff in these depts do not work after 3.45 and their IT is not joined up. Also,it might be better to sort these issues rather than simply building new hospitals. A great PR exercise i am sure. logo
