What I liked
I was in for a knee procedure. All went extremely. the staff were friendly and helpful; the procedure was managed at a time to suit my diary and on the day all went smoothly.
I would use the facility again as first choice
What could be improved
After leaving the centre, there was no follow-up. In my case, this was probably unnecessary and I'm back fit.
