What could be improved

I delivered my baby at Chelsea and Westminister so my community midwives are under Quenn's Charlot's Hospital - a very bad experience.

They hadn'd shown up after 48 hours as were supposed to so with my 3 DAYS old baby, I had to travel to thehospital to seek for advice and check up, which wasn't very efficiant.

When calling for help or advice, I was turned away. for expamle - breast feeding support - where they pratically were doing me a favour, since I hadn't delivered at the hospital. I also was turned away when had soure breast and had to go to a seek for help elsewhere. midwife cancelled 2 meetings and the overal feeling is neglaction and bureaucracy / hospital money issues walls keep banging in my face.

If it is up to me - I won't have my next baby there!!!
