"Really impressed with the wheelchair ..."

What I liked

Really impressed with the wheelchair unit. I asked my local GP on a Friday for help to get a wheelchair asap and was told that Mile End didn't do this (only long term wheelchair) and I should contact the Red Cross. I tried this and they were closed for the weekend. I tried contacting Mile End myself and they couldn't have been nicer, managed to sort out a wheelchair straight away, explained how to use it and sorted the paperwork (all within an hour of my call).

Thank you, it will make a big difference to our weekend.

What could be improved

Just making sure GPs know this service exists as Limehouse practice didn't seem to be aware.
