"My experience in A&E"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

I was very impressed by my recent experience in A&E . My doctor advised me to call 999 and go to hospital as I had chest pains. I had excellent treatment from every member of staff - from the paramedics to the doctors I saw in A&E and the various nurses and ancillary staff who carried out tests and took care of me. I thought the department was very efficient and all staff were caring, attentive and professional in all aspects of their work. Well done Stepping Hill and a big thank you from me.

I would like to take this time to thank you for your feedback regarding the treatment you received in the Emergency Department. It is always greatly appreciated when a patient takes the time to pass on their positive feedback about the care they have received. I am pleased to hear that all staff were efficient, caring, attentive and professional in all aspects of their work. Thank you once again for taking the time to post such lovely comments which I have shared with the management team responsible for the Emergency Department. They will ensure that the relevant staff are informed of your feedback which they will undoubtedly be pleased to receive.
