What I liked
I visited the Minor injuries Unit - Which you do not state on your website the hospital has. The wait was very short the staff at the desk were very helpful and polite. The nurse that saw me gave me a thorough examination and the treatment she advise worked well. Much better experience than at an A&E department and the wait was less than 30 mins
What could be improved
Your website advertising that there is a Minor Injuries Unit at Queen Marys Hospital
