What I liked

The hospital is less than 45 minutes from where I live.

What could be improved

I wasn't sure about facilities for cyclists so I travelled by bus and then on foot.

MR scans are noisy so patients wear special headphones that reduce the noise and allow them to hear the radiologist; however, the nurse put these on my head and then carried on explaining things to me.

It might help to do that in a different order or have a way to get the nurse's voice piped into the headphones.
