"Wife's visit to Area F Treatment centre."

(as a relative),

My wife's visit to the above ward was excellent with caring staff who quickly helped allay her fears of the forthcoming procedures. The area was clean and bright and the appointment on time. I would like the staff to know how much my wife appreciated their reassuring comments during the visit. Another example of the excellent service my wife and I have always received at this efficiently run N H S hospital. Our grateful thanks to all concerned.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your wife's treatment and care in Area F at the Treatment Centre at Good Hope Hospital. My apologies for the delayed response but I am delighted to note that you felt the caring staff helped to quickly allay your wife's fears for upcoming procedures, and that you found the area to be clean and bright. I will ensure that your kind comments and feedback is highlighted to the Management Team who I'm sure will be thrilled to read your feedback and ensure that it is communicated to all of the Area F Team who work very hard to provide and promote a positive patient experience.

I hope this is acceptable and once again my apologies for any delay in acknowledging and responding to your feedback. It is most appreciated that you have taken the time to provide your comments, patient and family feedback is very important to us.
