What I liked

i have had two ultra sounds at the hospital. neither for pregnancy. so i was very nervous and worried both times, but the staff were brilliant they put me at ease and explained everything that was going on. the second time, having an internal ultrasound it was very painful but the staff were excellant. the hospital was clean, and as it is an old building it was very clean.

What could be improved

the only downfall i have is the length of time i have to wait for the results to get to my doctors. i have been waiting for two weeks.
