What I liked

I am to have a blood test and according to new rules you have to book appointment through the phone. The telephone line is open from 9 am till 3.35pm which is the time I am at work and can't call. I managed on couple occasions to call within times specified, but could not get through. The telephone is either busy or no one is answering. I left the message to be called back, but never received any calls. I can't make appointment allready for three weeks.

What could be improved

Introduce online booking system, it should not be a problem in the developed country like England.
