(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My husband has MS and we have visited your organisation on several occasions yesterday being our recent visit. Karl we have seen one couple of occasions but mostly he has been seen by Scott. They are a credit to your workplace and on our visit yesterday Scott could not have been more helpful, respectful and a very professional young man. Keep up the good work. The NHS gets a hard time but we have found since my husband was diagnosed nothing but all staff being very helpful and going out of their way to try to make our lives better. So once again a huge thanks.
