What I liked

I was a day care patient on Wednesday 5th March 2008. It was for a procedure I have had before at the RDandE. The RDandE was fine but I have never had such a straightforward, pleasant experience as this Tiverton visit. Professionalism, promptness, reassurance, humour, care and after care all of the highest order, were continually present. Please would you pass on my thanks to the doctor, the staff and the nurse. I don`t do letters normally but excellence needs mentioning.
