What I liked

It was very clean and tidy. Liked the idea of being able to phone a local number and talk to my Grandma. Tea staff very helpfull and kind.

What could be improved

Did not like being told off for using the wrong cups when there was no sign up informing me of which cups to be used. Also the Sister on the ward moaning that we were there during the protected meal time, when it was half an hour before that time was meant to be start and they were serving food early.

It was a shame that the visitor coffee shop was closed on Sunday @ 4pm, as we had driven over 100 miles from London and coul ahve done with something to eat and drink.

Thank you very much for your feedback. The only way we can improve services is to get information like this. However, it would be useful if you could let us know which ward your grandma was on and which are the cups that you are referring to?

the matron of the hospital is currently on leave for two weeks but if you let us have this information we will pass on your query to her and post you a response as soon as we have it.
