What I liked

Helpful staff in all departments visited. Hospital seemed clean. Both son and mother attend the SLE clinic at HH. Excellent advice and care. We've all been very impressed with the dedication and knowledge of the staff there. My mother has had to have several other tests in other departments and again - all staff helpful, right down to the porters who take her to the depts. It's a big hospital and our experience has been that if you look lost in the corridor, a member of staff will stop and help to direct you.

What could be improved

Sometimes a long wait at clinics, but we can certainly put up with this to get the sort of service we get.
