"No reply from PALS Kings College Hospital"

Having previously had a positive experience of the service, I am disappointed that despite emailing on three occasions, the first being over a year ago, I have had neither acknowledgment of receipt nor a reply.

I am extremely sorry to read this. I am not aware of there having been a significant deterioration in the response to emails to the service. I am also sorry that you were unable to contact us in another way such as by telephone if you needed our help. If you still require assistance please consider forwarding your email again and asking me to personally respond to you. My name is Cathy Varley and I am the Head of the PALS service.

Hi Cathy, it was you that I emailed having received such excellent assistance from you last year. Perhaps the email has changed since then? I emailed on the 1st, the 3rd and the 8th of February. Many thanks.

If you have retained any of the emails from a year ago may I suggest that you resend them to me to allow me to explore why I failed to respond and to offer you an apology for the failure. Due to the volume of emails I receive I only currently have access to emails dating back to May 2016.
