"Thoughts on hostile cleaning from someone who has been a domestic cleaner for 21years at Rotherham"

About: Rotherham Hospital

(as the patient),

dear sirs, i am a domestic at Rotherham and have been for 21years. the problem i have is we are aways getting blame for things that are not our responsibility, like if there's body fluid on floor or specimens on tables or left in toilets its the auxiliary and other nurses on ward.

we are only allowed to clean anywhere there's body fluidd after the nurses have used the sluice mop, half the time the nurses use mop for a bucket that water from last job and after mop they dont bother to change the water not every nurse does this but most do.
