Am currently incarcerated on Ruby Ward. It is a brutalising experience. The staff are ill informed and constantly obstruct and give me wrong information. Their aim seems to be to sit in the office and avoid patients. Would get better treatment at a vets. Told lots of lies about my rights under mental health act - ignorance of RMN's appalling.
