What I liked

I am writing this on behalf of my daughter, back in 2003 she had meningococcal septicaemia, and would like to let Good Hope a&e drs know how very thankful I am. If it wasnt for them she wouldnt be here now. It was down to there hard work, teamwork and quick thinking, even through the time they were treating her there was someone updating us on her progress and what they were doing. also the receptionist at the desk needs an enormous thankyou. They fought very hard to save her life and saving a 7month old baby they did brilliant! They brought her back from the brink and now she is a lively 5yr old who loves school and has lots of friends, and i will let her know when shes old enough exactly how Good Hope saved her, I will praise them all forever. Im still very grateful i took her to Good Hope as where i live i could have chosen other hospitals and the outcome may have been different. Sorry i have left this thankyou 4yrs but only just discovered this site.

What could be improved

Back in 2003 they didnt have equipment to fit a small baby so they could take blood pressure and monitor it. Whether this has changed now im not sure?
