About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Mental Health Services for Older People – Community (County)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Patient who had attended initial appointment with the Memory Assessment Service today said as leaving: "I would come back to the clinic. Everybody has been very good. Su was lovely to talk to, very nice and listened. Thank you"
