What could be improved
The receptionists need a course to teach them how to be less embarassing, the whole room hears what you think is wrong with you, and some customer care training would not go amiss as people are at a very vulnerable point to have even come down,and are made to feel a nuisance because you are disturbing them reading their magazine. I felt that the visit was like visiting the dragons -no-smile. Why do people work in this hospital who obviously do not like helping people in need. I was horrified at the whole experience where an old man of 85 was treated appallingly. I could have cried for him as he had no means of getting home so I took him.
