What I liked
Queen Charlottes has one of the best reputations in London for Maternity care so i was very please when offed this hospital as a choice.
The antinatal care was very good - although i had a great pregnancy, so there was never an issue - it was the birth that caused the problems.
What could be improved
CONTINUITY OF CARE. I never once saw the same person, was not able to get to know any of the staff treating me. To them i was just a number, passed from person to person, who wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible.
