Ive been to 3 CPA meetings at St Andrews and I've never received a report/draft report ahead of the meeting. I have bought this up in every meeting, starting at the first ever CPA and the responses are always alike "it wasn't signed off by? ? ? ? ahead of the meeting"
Its difficult to sit in a meeting with around 7/8 professionals while they discuss your loved one and expect you to read a report, listen to their conversation and join in their discussion all at the same time. Then when we try and take our time or have an input we are told "we only have a set amount of time"
I think CPA reports need to be sent out to relatives/carers ahead of the meeting. Also we should receive updated CPA reports/ after the meeting without us having to chase the hospital for them.
