"Positive feedback"

About: London Central West Unscheduled Care Collaborative / NHS 111

(as a relative),

My father who is suffering from lung cancer and Heart failure. My father and I want to thank Dr Baz (I are not sure how to pronounce or spell his name) and his colleagues who visited this morning

The Doctor was extremely helpful. His bedside manner and skills are exemplary

He was able enable my father to talk about his situation, in a lucid and clear way I have not seen before, and answer his question with specific and relevant medical advice and also provide much needed reassurance

I know that the NHS and 111 are often under a lot of strain, and we had to wait many hours to be dealt with. And I think it is also important for you to get the positive feedback about the excellence of your staff, when this is appropriate

So, thank you
