What I liked

From the moment I contacted the hospital, right through to my follow-up appointment after my surgery, everyone I came into contact with, were the most caring and professional people I have met in a hospital.

Nothing was too much trouble and I felt very much a welcome guest, rather than a patient.

I have recommended The Esperance Hospital to many of my friends and family - especially its clean and traditional approach to nursing, with a proper Matron in charge. Very refreshing nowadays!

If ever I needed treatment again, I would not think about going anywhere else. Best consultants and hospital in the area by far.

What could be improved

A very good hospital and not really anything to comment on, in the way of improvement.
