What I liked

I went in for a colonoscopy. I was referred from Derbyshire. I saw the Choose and Book leaflet in the waiting room. I was surprised the GP could offer me a choice, especially outside of Derbyshire. It was only have a day, but the staff were friendly and well informed. The surroundings were excellent. I was looked after extremely well. They never made me feel I was an NHS patient rather than private.

What could be improved

No - I thought it was brilliant! A service to be treasured. I think the local NHS has a lot to learn from private sector providers.
