What I liked

My father is a patient of Urology/Oncology. The standard of care he has received is excellent, however the appointments depatment/system is very disorganised, and the right hand doesnt seem to know what the left hand is doing. Despite calls to the PALS office, who are also very difficult to get hold of, no acknowledgement of any concerns is given, and my father is left at home feeling anxious whilst they try to communicate between themselves.

What could be improved

Appointments & Communication desperately need improving, Oncology patients are suffering already, they should not be put through unnecessary worry over not receiving appointments etc, and their relatives should not have to chase relevant departments

to sort these issues out. Communication, communication, communication please !!
