I am sorry that you have found the care insufficient for your wife's needs, we always aim to provide high quality care and support. Unfortunately, from your comments I appreciate this has not happened.

If you wish to contact me on Fiona.mckay@fife.gov.uk I will ensure that we look into this matter urgently and work towards a suitable outcome for both your wife and yourself.

Update posted by Compassionate care (a carer)

Hi Fiona, why does it take outside help before fife council social services contact us?

This complaint was phoned to my wifes social worker on the Monday, he never contacted us. How can we have any trust or confidence in how social services handle care of my wife?

I have enough problems caring for my wife without having to check how fife council handles a problem.
