"St Mary's Leeds7 complaint"

Absolutely disgraceful. constantly ignored via repeated telephone calls and left waiting for 8 months just for help writing a form out for a referral for therapy. Never phone back when requested, support workers are stating they are overworked & unable to see their clients that require urgent help and support. I was given a diagnosis over the telephone, no professionalism whatsoever.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write via NHS Choices. I am very sorry to hear of your frustration and disappointment with the CMHT services at St Marys. I have passed your comment on to the team, but in the meantime, might I suggest that you contact our PALS service on 0800 0525790, and they will be able to give you some support and hopefully help you to access the services that you want. Onviously this is not the service that we want people to experience.
