I would like to comment on the very good help i was given whilst in the department.Having just discovered that i had the wrong day for my appointment. The staff member behind the reception desk was so helpful, and sorted the whole matter out for me in no time.Causing me a lot less stress, again to this person i say thankyou very much. Mrs Jennifer Temple.
