"Excellent care from the nurses"

At the Royal Hallamshire Hospital I had to go to the outpatients department for a spinal injection. The staff nurse was reassuring and tried to make me feel comfortable. I had to be there for 8.00am but they did not start the operation until 9.30am. The staff were very friendly and helpful, first class. I explained to the staff nurse that I sometimes have panic attacks and I am very nervous. She looked after me extremely well.
