"All Staff on A4 MDCU / EMU"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

I arrived for my appointment greeted by staff then shown to room. Overflow of patients on ward so extremely busy. Asked if I minded going for bloods first, said no trouble after long wait for bloods went back to ward. Staff apologied for sending me, but as had infection for long time needed blood tests updated. I had my IV treatment, cups of tea throughout my stay, plus sandwich. Treated with respect and staff explained what was happening at every stage, bless the dedicated hard working staff on A4. A big thank you to all.
