"A and E and Bluefin ward"

About: Worthing Hospital / Accident and emergency

My 4 year old son was blue lighted to A and E from the doctors surgery back in November. He had suspected Sepsis. From the moment we got to hospital the staff were amazing. They were thorough and I felt confident my son was in good hands. After lots of checks and a chest xray it turned out to be pneumonia. We were given antibiotics and allowed home late at night. I cannot thank the surgery doctor, the paramedics, and all of the staff at the hospital enough.

You all do an amazing job.

What a worrying experience for you and we are sorry that your little boy was so poorly.

In the circumstances it is lovely to read your kind comments about his care.

We will certainly share your feedback with the staff in the departments you mention and they will be delighted.

We hope your son is on the mend and thank you once again for taking the time to post your comments, we really do appreciate it.
