"No care, no complaint system"

Over the past 3/2 years my husband has tried to get treatment for concussion.

He has seen 3 psychiatrists in that time. Each one different with no continuity of care.

I made a complaint to Pals who did not respond.

I made an official complaint. Someone rang back and said they would ring back that day. They didnt ring back, and I discovered that they had gone on annual leave. I was told that someone would take over and ring back. No one did.

I have sent the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman's which will take many months, in which time, what I believe to be shoddy care that my husband receives may or may not carry on as before.
