"Unhappy with delay in discharge from Northern General"

I have been treated at the Northern General Hospital on Huntsman E and Firth 2 for a cruciate knee ligament operation. The pre-operation talk was punctual and informative. However, post- op, I was waiting around for doctors. Nurses were unaware of when I was to be released. I was frustrated that some nurses were happy to leave me in bed for the weekend waiting for bloods to be taken on Monday. When i questioned this with a passing doctor, she checked and informed me I could have gone home two days earlier.
