The care I received was excellent: I received the appointments with the consultant and for the endoscopy within 2 weeks of seeing my GP.

The staff at East Surrey were professional, friendly and did their utmost to make the experience as easy as possible. The unit was very organised, well staffed and the whole place was spotlessly clean.

I had the same procedure there 10 years ago and it was a very different story and quite a distressing experience. They certainly have moved on and now offer first class care.
