"Northwick Park Hospital- worst hospital I have..."

I have to hospital once and my appointment was at 13.30 and I waited for 3 hours to be seen. People were just going in to see the doctors and I went to receptionist to see why others go in but not me. Nothing was explained and nobody was interested to say anything or say sorry.

I have received a letter about my 2nd appointment, I had to change it. So few days before appointment I called the number on the letter with 6773, which is a dead number!? I dialled another number 2148, No one ever answers this number?! I dialled the main switchboard number and it was complete wasting time.

So I went back to 2148 number and left a message that I wish my apt to be postponed. Hopped someone will call me or offer a new appointment.

This did not happen. What happened was they have discharged me stating that I did not attend. They made me look silly to my GP, that I also received a letter why I did not attend.

This hospital is in total mess and there is no one accountable for it.
