Firstly, many apologies. I have discovered this morning that your review has no response on the Patient Opinion website.

As a trust we really value the feedback we receive and it is important to us that we demonstrate respect for all who took the time to share their views. We don't like any reviews to go unactioned so forgive me if your story has slipped through our net somehow? I will look into why this has happened on Monday.

I will also check that we haven't responded on NHS choices because there appear to be a few difficulties linking stories across the two websites?

Anyway, back to the important stuff.... Many congratulations on the birth of your third child. I hope you are enjoying this precious time as a family and that your daughter is thriving. Sounds like you had a tough time that required extra support in our special care baby unit? Thanks so much for sharing the detail about why this was your best birthing experience to date - the whole team, and especially Dawn and Chris, will be delighted to hear it.

At the moment we are doing some important work to introduce a birthing reflection pathway - another welcome opportunity to receive feedback from women about their whole experience of our care to ensure they get all the help they need in a timely way.

It's a lovely improvement programme that will help us maintain the excellent service you described.
