I brought my 2 year old little girl earlier in the week with a rash on her leg that did not fade under glass and her leg and ankle where both swollen and she could not walk or weight bare on this leg. After a "doctor" scratched their head of a while and did no tests what so ever other than take her temp and give her ibuprofen for her leg, the doctor decided she has Chicken Pox. The doctor then went off for a second opinion and another doctor quickly looked at her legs and said yes chicken pox. Then sent us away. The next day my daughters legs where covered in bruises and was rushed to RPH and kept in. She has been diagnosed with HSP and has to have her urine and blood pressure tested on a daily basis for 6 months to make sure her kidneys do not fail on her. I am extremely upset and frustrated by Chorley as I feel we was just 'fobbed off' and also given Ibuprofen for Chicken Pox which can make Pox 10 times worse. I will never bring my little girl back.
"Fobbed off!!"
